Return window

You can return radar within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. The device must be unused, undamaged and returned in its original packaging with all accessories.

How to start a return

Message us on WhatsApp or email support@radar.store with your order number and the reason. We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address at no cost to you.

Refund timelines

UPI: 2 to 4 working days. Card and net banking: 5 to 7 working days. Cash on delivery: 3 to 5 working days to your bank account. Refunds are issued once the returned unit reaches us and passes a quick inspection.

Exchanges

If your unit is faulty we will replace it rather than refund, and we cover shipping both ways.

What we cannot accept

Units with physical damage caused after delivery, units returned without original packaging or accessories, or requests raised more than 7 days after delivery.
