Delivery charges

Delivery is free across India on every order. There are no hidden handling or packaging fees. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Dispatch time

Orders placed before 4pm IST on a working day are usually dispatched the same evening. Orders after that, or on Sundays and national holidays, are dispatched the next working day.

Estimated delivery times

Metro cities: 2 to 4 working days. Tier 2 and tier 3 cities: 4 to 6 working days. Remote areas and the north east: 5 to 8 working days. These are estimates from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

Cash on delivery

COD is available across India at no extra charge. Please keep the exact amount ready. Our courier partners may attempt delivery up to three times before the order is returned to us.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships you will receive a tracking link by SMS and email.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph it before opening and contact us within 48 hours. We will replace the unit at no cost.
