Warranty

What is covered

Every radar comes with a 1 year warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects in the LED panel, the controller, the power circuitry and the casing.

What is not covered

Physical damage from drops, liquid or misuse. Damage from an incorrect or faulty power adapter. Normal cosmetic wear. Units opened or modified by anyone other than us.

Making a claim

Message us on WhatsApp or email support@radar.store with your order number and a short video of the issue. If the unit needs replacing we arrange pickup and send a new one.

After the warranty

We repair out of warranty units at a fair parts cost.
